William "Willie" Lambert

With heavy hearts the family announces the death of William Charles "Willie" Lambert on Sunday, December 1, 2013 in the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.Willie often talked about his youth and how much he enjoyed growing up with his siblings and numerous cousins. His memories focused on the positive and happy times. He enjoyed playing hockey, baseball and soccer in his youth as well as camping and fishing. The best days of his life were when he sons Brandon and Skylar were born. He was always so proud of them.Willie will be sadly missed and always remembered by his sons Brandon and Skylar Lambert, mother Daphne, sisters Debbie (John) Priscott, Donna (Daniel) Fraser, Diane (Robert) Millard, and his little brother Michael Lambert. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. He was predeceased by his father Allistar Lambert, sister Catherine Lambert; grandparents Fred and Lily Bell and Wilfred and Leona Lambert.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2013 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street, presided by Doug Cook of the Thunder Bay Christian Fellowship Church. Visitation for family and friends will begin one hour prior.
