MARGARET MITCHELL Obituary
Margaret Grace Mitchell passed away January 1, 2023 at Christenson Village in Gibsons.
Margaret was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to the late George and Margaret Gauci (Juby). In 1970 she married Roger Mitchell (Mitch).
Margaret enjoyed many years of work as head buyer for the housewares department for The Hudson Bay Co. Margaret was passionate about animals, loved music, chocolate and gambling! After retirement they moved to Gibsons, where they lived for many years.
She was predeceased by Roger in 2007 and her brother Paul in 2020.
Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Nancy Yao and the staff at Christenson Village who provided outstanding care for Margaret in her latter years.
