Ana DAVIES Obituary
DAVIES, Ana Maria Ana-Maria Davies passed away on July 26, 2016 at the age of 50, a proud Canadian born in Peru. Beloved by her students and admired by her friends and colleagues, Ana-Maria was known for her positive spirit and amazing sense of humour. Her courage in the face of adversity carried her forward with grace and inspired those around her. She was a tireless advocate for animals and created a rescue organization dedicated to Boston Terriers. She loved to dance and maintained an unfortunate fondness for 70's rock and disco, that she foisted upon us at every opportunity. She will be deeply missed by her many friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Delta Hospice, Boston Terrier Rescue Canada, or the BC & Alberta Guide Dogs, in her honour. A Celebration of Life will be held in Ladner at the McKee House on September 18, 2016 at 1:00pm.
