Andrew PLAYER Obituary

PLAYER, Andrew Arthur December 18, 1974 - August 1, 2014 . Andy left his family and friends to complete the circle of his life. After sustaining a traumatic brain injury in October 2001 his long suffering ended on August 1, 2014. Those who will miss him are his Dad (Rick), Mom (Susan), brother Jared (Maybelin) and his sisters Angela (Sandy) and Jessica. Cayden, Cohen, Chloe and Blake will miss their Uncle Andy and the visits they made to see him while he was at Queens Park Care Centre. He will also be missed by those family and friends who showed their love and support over the last 12 1/2 years. Andy loved his family, the outdoors, pizza, hot dogs and Mr. Noodle sandwiches. We hope you're ordering pizza now! . No service will be held. No flowers by request of the family but if you wish, please do something nice for someone. . Memorial donations can be made to: North Shore Search and Rescue (www.northshorerescue.com) or Children's Hospital. . "To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die."

I am not sure what a person writes to or about a person like you AP, someone so funny, thoughtful, private, sensitive, humble and all of the other amazing things I and so many knew you to be. I was so fortunate to have you for my cousin and my friend and will miss you forever but will always be grateful for having the memories ( many so darn funny) that I will cherish forever and share with my kids and hopefully theirs, as they were not given the opportunity to know just how awesome their cousin Andy was and will always be to me.
