Brian was my guitar teacher for several years and I treasured those lessons every week. Brian was kind, thoughtful and a joy to learn from. I think of him often and send my love and condolences to all who knew and loved him. I still play my guitar and ever grateful to Brian.

I will always remember Brian from my days at Delta Ten Television in Ladner, BC, when we were all young and full of hope and youthful energy. We did a television series together and I looked forward each week to Brian and brother Bruce coming to the studio to record their music for the show. Brian's warmth, quiet humour and easy going nature always impressed me, not to mention that I absolutely loved the boys' music.

I will always cherish these halcyon days of our youth when we were working together and having such fun.

Brian, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

While I have not seen Brian in many years he was a great person!! I remember his days in Shilo. He was a great musician and song writer. Him and his band called the Saints back then, entertained us teens at dances. We liked them so much, we even hired them when they moved to Winnipeg to come back to our dances. He will be missed by many I am sure. To the family sorry for your loss. Just knowing Brian is in a better place now is helpful to you, I am sure.

Kindest regards
Bill Brown

I was just a kid, in CFB Shilo Manitoba when I first saw Brian. I admired him from that day until the family left. May you rest in heavenly peace Brian. Heaven's music is more beautiful now.

To Brian's family... Chad worked with Brian at Canada Post for a few years and later our son Nolan took guitar lessons with Brian. We loved chatting with him after the lessons and having a few laughs. He will be missed, he was a wonderful man. Our thoughts are with you all. Chad and Tracy Schroeder

Brian was our letter carrier for a number of years. And later in retirement - our sons took guitar lessons from him. Such a kind man with an obvious love for his family - including the four-legged and the feathered family members. So sorry to hear of your loss of a caring husband and father.
