I was saddened to hear of Charlotte's passing. She was such a wonderful and loving friend to my mother, Hildegard Madeja. I will cherish her always.
She is now more alive than ever, yet she leaves a void in our midst.

Charlotte was one of the treasures I met at SDBC when my brother Rod was minister of music there. She continued to bless me while I served overseas, and stateside, sending me Tsawwassen Chocolates every birthday and spring for over 2 decades. Charlotte reflected our Lord Jesus in her love for HIM, her beauty inside and out, her welcoming home and heart. My sympathy and prayers for you Art and for your dear family.

Aunt Charlotte
I miss our talks and all the encouragement you gave me. You were there when i needed someone to talk to, to hear me.
Aunt Charlotte's passing was a complete shock. When my mom told me i fell to the floor, i was sick to the stomach. I believe in angels and you are truly an angel in life and in death.
Uncle Art, Marlene (and family), Randy (and family) and Al and Desiree i hold you all in my heart. My thoughts and my prayers.
Aunt Charlotte was a beautiful, kind and loving woman. I will love you forever and in my heart you will remain.

We were shocked to hear of Charlotte's sudden passing. She is now with the Lord.
I am a cousin and have known Charlotte since she was born. The Hepting family lived in Vancouver and we used to go to Yarrow on many weekends to visit all the relatives. That was before TV's and computers. With the Remple's 8 girls & 1 boy and all the other cousins who lived in the valley we would have a crowd of 30+ relatives. I remember the fun all the cousins had on those weekends. We played many games in Uncle Aaron's prized raspberry fields.
We will miss Charlotte and her beautiful smile. To Art and his family our hearts & prayers are with you.

Charlotte's sudden passing leaves a great aching space in so many lives. My heart goes out to Art and the family at this most profound loss.
50 years ago Charlotte and her sisters opened their hearts to me as a single mom. I will always cherish the countless ways she knew how to love.
Over the years, ever grateful for Art's support as the love of her life, she was a beautiful spirit. Her life radiated that she was loved, and she shared it abundantly.

Charlotte & I worked together in the Moments for Moms program at SDBC. She had a tremendous eye for design and I gleaned from her talent and knowledge. It saddens me the disease which took both my parents also took this wonderful woman. It's our lose but Heaven's gain. Charlotte , my friend, you will be missed but NEVER forgotten.

I am so surprised to hear of Charlotte passing on so quickly. Her spirit is rejoicing seeing her Savior and many loved ones. The difficult part is for you and your family to grieve and go on with life without her. We as God's children have an anchor to hold on to and that is a promise for all of you daily. The Lord graciously gives strength to His children to grieve and process.

The sudden passing of my very dear sister-in-law is quite overwhelming. Our only comfort is her intimate love of Jesus her Saviour. She is now in His company together with her sister and niece and wonderful parents.

We have just heard of Charlotte's passing and are deeply saddened. Although we did not know her well or see her often our conversations were always joyful, interesting and warm. Having the opportunity to reconnect with her just a few short weeks ago is especially meaningful. Her spirit and faith were strong and contagious.
