Her Celebration of Life will be at 2pm on March 2, 2014 at Newlands Golf Course, 21025 48th Avenue, Langley. In lieu of flowers, donations to a trust fund set up for Layne and Julia's education, would be greatly appreciated. I am so sad to hear of this tragic loss as Cindy and I have known each other for more than thirty years. Although we grew apart over time raising our own families we could always pick up where we left off. I remember many track meets with her; softball and many other sports we shared.she had a heart of gold and inspired many. She will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family!! ??

I worked with Cindy at Earl's restaurant in White Rock in the 1990s. Cindy was excellent to work with and more importantly, fun to share a meal, drink and conversation with after work!
