Clare WALKER Obituary
WALKER, Clare
It is with profound sadness to announce our mum's passing on July 3, 2024 from a brief but courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born in Whitley Bay, England on December 26, 1948 and immigrated with her family to Canada on May 6, 1964. Although she was initially homesick, she quickly grew an affection for Canada. She has lived in many of the provinces and eventually set roots in Tsawwassen back in 1986. She was the eldest of seven siblings, Helen, Vicky, Robert, Lorna, Bill, and Angela. Is survived by son Christopher, daughter Amy and grandson Jackson. She said that her greatest achievement in life was being a mother. She was fondly known by many in her community where she did volunteer work with her church family. Although she leaves a great void in our hearts, we take comfort knowing she's in heaven.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 28, 2024 at 2 pm at South Delta Baptist Church, 1988 56 Street, Delta.
