Dear Carol, Maddy & Trevor
I have just learned of Dean's passing and just cannot believe it. Dean was such a special person. He was fun-loving, kind and did enjoy life to the fullest.
How happy he was to be a father to Maddy and Trevor. He certainly enjoyed his life with you Carol.
You were all so lucky to travel as much as you did as a family. What fabulous memories you will share over the years.
I have enjoyed being your friend since first meeting you both and then meeting your children as they arrived.
God needed another special flower in His garden, as he did with my Mario.
Will talk with you soon.
Love and Hugs Marguerite G.

Ted: I'm so sorry for your loss. I still remember Dean as a little child and also digging in my compost for worms for a injured crow. Lorna, your neighbour.

My deepest condolences to Dean's family. I was very sad to hear of his passing. I went to elementary and high school with Dean. I hadn't seen him for a long time and then bumped into him a few years ago. It was so nice to chat with him again and I was reminded of what a lovely person he was. Rest in peace Dean.

So sorry to hear of Dean's passing. It's funny, we never met face to face but we spoke on numerous occasions through work. Not to many people get excited about BCP :). Right off the hop, Dean is one of these people you can talk to so easily without having your guard up. We had a few laughs, sometimes at the expense of his sister Cheryl who I work closely with (it was all in good fun Cheryl, really :). To his family, friends and colleagues, my deepest sympathy.

Carol and Family: I had the pleasure to work with Dean for a few years recently. He was always so patient, kind, friendly and genuinely interested in others. And he was also so helpful - he helped me, and so many others, and with such enthusiasm, humility and grace. He, and his smile, will be missed. I hope the many fun and heartfelt memories you have will give you some comfort in the times ahead.

Carol, Ted, Cheryl,Dave and families,
Dean lived life to the fullest and was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. His memory will live on in all of you and also in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life. He had an infectious giggle and big grin and loved nothing more than to torment us as a young boy with his latest joke, one-liner or game recap of the Canucks. Our deepest sympathy and love to you all.
