Duncan Henderson

HENDERSON, Duncan Duncan passed away on August 26, 2021 after battling serious health issues for a short while. Duncan loved and was dearly loved. He was truly a gentleman and friend who loved life, always going the extra mile for his friends. He never spoke a harsh word and was grateful for everything, never taking anything for granted. He leaves behind his bridge partner and dear friend, Mary, and many, many friends and acquaintances. He loved sports, particularly baseball, cars, bridge and poetry. He lived life simply and simply lived. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, do an act of kindness in his memory. Be a good friend, acting graciously and kindly with everyone you come in contact with. "To be loved is to know happiness and contentment… To give love is to know the joy of sharing oneself."
