WIGGLESWORTH, George April 30, 1947 - January 5, 2018 We are saddened to announce the passing of George Wigglesworth on January 5th, 2018. George passed away peacefully at home with his wife Audrey and sons at his side. George was born April 30, 1947, raised in Ladner, lived in East Delta for five years and then in Cloverdale for 30 years. George was a man of many trades, and was kind, generous and always ready to lend a helping hand. He had endless energy for his sons and walking his dogs. George retired and moved to Hope in 2014 where he spent many hours walking or hiking with his friends, ending up sitting by the water with a cold beer. Even though he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September of 2017, George was thankful for his home and family as well as all the visits and phone calls he received. A sincere thank you to Dr. Whalley, the Hope Home Care nurses, Dr. Patrascu and Hope Pharmacy for all their assistance. No service by request. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the B.C. Cancer Foundation.
