Sorry to have missed the service, as I just heard of Sandy's passing yesterday. He was a large influence on my life growing up in Tsawwassen. My favorite coach/teacher of all time with many fond memories at the ball park, ice rink and on road trips away.
My condolences to Carol, Stewart, Grant, and Shawn. He will be missed.

Well where to start, Sorry to Carol, Stuart, Grant and Shawn for your loss. Sandy was one of the pioneers of Tsawwassen baseball, It wouldn't be where it is today without his tireless effort over the years. So, so many memories growing up with the family, the good times that will never be forgotten. Tsawwassen has lost a great man! RIP Sandy, you'll be missed.

I am very sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. He was a great person, and an awesome baseball coach. He is a big reason why I got involved in coaching my son's baseball , and him making it to the BCPBL. Sandy will be missed by all of us who played baseball in Tsawwassen for him.

I am so sorry for your great loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain your family during this challenging time. (Isaiah 61:1,2) With heartfelt sympathy.

I met Sandy in 1965 at Johson Wax in Vancouver.I transfered from the Retail division to work with Sandy selling commercial products. We spent many an evening doing floor demonstations at hospital and schools and later selling him product when he and Carol owned Sandys Cleaning supplies.Lots of laughs.
Sandy always had a great story to tell
Great memories.
