In McConnachie Memoriam
Thirty years have passed since Louise and Carrie were taken from us far too soon.
Louise was a devoted mother, an active volunteer in her children's schools, and a caring member of the Ladner community. A graduate of the Vancouver General Hospital School of Nursing, she was known for her kindness, strength, and generous spirit.
Carrie was a student at Ladner Elementary School and will be remembered for her bright smile, love of dance and music, and gentle way with animals. She brought joy to her family, friends, and classmates.
They are lovingly remembered by their family, whose lives they continue to touch across generations. From three children to nine grandchildren, and now a first great-grandson born this past August, their legacy of love lives on.
