Joan Neill Obituary
Joan Lorraine (Lorraine) Neill Lorraine passed away peacefully in Ladner on November 4, 2025, in her 96th year. Born in Saskatchewan, but for 69 years lived in Richmond/Ladner. Predeceased by her husband Bill, survived by Jennylynn (Peter), Tim (Isabelle), Nancy (Geoff), seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. A memorial and reception will be held on May 2, 2026, from 1-4pm at All Saints Anglican Church, 4755 Arthur Dr, Ladner.
