I was very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of my Uncle Joe. We had spoken a few weeks earlier when he was recently diagnosed and I must say that his fighting spirit never waned!
He was kind of a hybrid between being my uncle and my "drop-in" big-brother...as my parents raised him from the age of 12 (and I was about 4 at the time). He was a huge help to me in a very bad period I was going through about 10-11 years ago and I'll always fondly remember his positivity and belief in me which helped me a lot to persevere and emerge the better.
At this time, Cancer is affecting me once again in a second-way, I won't be able to get to the Celebration (at least as of this writing), but hope to be out to BC one day soon.
I will most certainly heed your suggestion and make a donation to the Delta SPCA...much love,
Bill Webber

Victoria and family
I am so very sorry to hear of Joes passing.
Joe took care of my Bella a number of times....
And Bella truly adored Joe. Joe and I had many
Interesting stories to share and I met up with him a few months ago and he shared what he was going through. He has been in my prayers and thoughts.
I hope my Bella and Joe meet up.....
Rest in Peace Joe
