I have only today learned of Norm's passing.
We joined Air Cadets together in 1958. Norm was the first of the great guys including his brothers that came into my life through the Air Cadets.
Thanks for great memories Norm. Wonderful meeting you and Jay again in Scotland in 1999. Sorry we did not get that planned golf game in.
You are remembered with great admiration.

Mr. Shoemaker was such and inspiration to me. I studied accounting because of him and HR made sense of the world in the eyes of a teenager. He taught us how to enter the business world and that led me to work at an audit firm which eventually led to banking and now living in Tokyo recruiting accountants. He was the man. Rest in peace Mr. Shoemaker and thank you for your guidance.

Belated Condolences to the family, as I have just learned of this sad news. Mr Shoemaker was an awesome teacher, I enjoyed his classes. Accounting 11 and 12. Back in the 80’s. He told us to consider purchasing CSB’s back then, so I did. I made a nice bit of money for myself. Until we meet again.

You were such a nice man who helped me through High School. So glad I had a chance to get to know you. May you rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of this tremendous loss to the family.
Our family appreciated all of your Dad's efforts and work in Minor Hockey in South Delta. Our prayers are with you and your family at this time.
