Sharon Lee Evickson passed away peacefully on the morning of August 25, 2025 at RCH.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 37 years (Glen), her cherished daughter (Ashley) and partner (Brockton), her sister (Jennifer) and brother (Rick).
Sharon met her husband, Glen, in Vancouver where they married in 1988, then moved to Ladner in 1990. She started out working in the music business in an administration role, enjoying the lifestyle which included weekend retreat trips to Randy Bachman's house gatherings in Lynden, WA. Later, she became a legal assistant and then an executive assistant to Bud Kanke in the restaurant businesses. Bud would often comment on how important she was to his team running the restaurants and launching new ventures. After her daughter was born, Sharon became an MOA working In Ladner so she could spend more time with her family.
Sharon loved attending her daughter's horse shows and watching her compete in various show jumping events through the years, providing plenty of homemade bake goods for all. She could often be seen around Ladner walking her beloved French bulldog, Molly, and bringing a smile to others.
Sharon will be missed by all but never forgotten. We love you, always.
A private family service will be held as per her wishes.
