Constance Helen "Connie" Harrison

HARRISON, Constance Helen ""Connie"" Peacefully passed away at the Grand River Hospital Freeport Site on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the age of 91. She will be welcomed at the gates of heaven by her beloved husband Jack (March 25, 2017). Loving mother to Bill Harrison (Lynda), Wayne Harrison and Wendy Baker (Bill). Much loved ""nana"" and ""gramma"" to Dee-Anne Shillinglaw, Sean Harrison, Jennifer Harrison, Lindsay Harrison, Danielle Harrison, Sarah Catherwood (Dan), Carolyn Kuula (Kyle), Eric Baker and Great-Gramma to Alandra Thorne (Harrison), Bianca Shillinglaw, and Liam Shillinglaw. Predeceased by her sister Dawn E. Chaffee (April 15, 2018). Connie was a graduate of the Peterborough Civic Hospital Nursing School later went on to be a nurse with the Victoria Order of Nurses (VON); she will also be remembered as a loyal member of the Eastern Star (Peterborough Chapter 161). Family and friends will be received at the Memory Gardens Funeral Home 2723 Victoria St. N. Breslau 519-904-0400 on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 11 - 1 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Interment to follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children-Canada or to the Alzheimer Society of KW would be appreciated by the family.
