Such a gentle human being. A rare individual. I know this comes late but he crossed my mind often. I am blessed for having known Harold.

Mr. Clarke was always such a kind neighbour and friend. My siblings and cousins used to go 3 doors down and visit with him and his dog Buckwheat in the mornings before school. Buckwheat was always so happy to see us, and Mr. Clarke always supplied lots of treats. I will really miss them both, and miss sending my annual Christmas card updates. Mr. Clarke had such a big heart and love for animals, that we both shared. I'm glad that you can be reunited with your family and Buckwheat once more. You are very missed and loved.

I just found out about Mr Clarke´s passing from my sister Kaitlin who has kept in touch with the Clarke family via Christmas cards each year. The Bahlmann family is very sad, as he was a friend and kindred spirit to us Bahlmann kids throughout our lives. My sister and cousins would visit Mr Clarke´s dog, Buckwheat, every day before school when we were younger. He would give us treats for Buckwheat, and it was a huge highlight of each day. Although there are many pains with growing up, moving onto high school and saying goodbye to these special mornings was an especially tough pill to swallow for all of us. We will always remember Mr. Clarke´s kindness. My sister Kaitlin and him share a fierce love for animals, and our family will make a donation in his name. Thinking of Jo-Anne and the entire Clarke family. A momentous loss.
