John VANDEPOL Obituary
A truly wonderful, peaceful, loving, hardworking, kind gentleman passed away at 96 years of age on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 marking 68 years of marriage to his beloved wife, best friend and soulmate Ingrid (nee Stuurstraat). Loving father of Jane Piersma (Stan), Linda Zekveld (Tom), Alan (Martha), Renee Reynolds (Paul). Cherished papa of Jen (Chris), Cara (Joel), Stephanie (Kevin), David (Vianna), Karin, Timothy (Julie), Andrea (Daniel), Matthew, Kristen (Remy), Corrinna and Kerri. Great-papa of Brooklyn, Chelsea, Taylor, Rowan, Clayton, Adrian, Isaac and Liam. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Visitation was held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, June 23rd from 4 - 6 p.m. A Celebration of Life was held on Friday, June 24 at 1:00 p.m. at HEBRON CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 4240 Anderson Street, Whitby. Memorial donations to Gate 3:16 if desired.
