Joyce Doreen Turney

In loving memory of Joyce Turney, who passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side, on January 10, 2023 at 10 p.m., at Lakeridge Health Ajax. Loving mother of Rachel Chase (Mike Homeniuk) and the late Shawna Davies. Cherished grandmother of Breanne Michael (Anthony) and David Michael (Matthew) and great-grandmother of Bellamy. Dear aunt of Beverley Thomson and Tim Thomson. Dear sister of Ronnie Bailey and the late Shirley Robitaille. Joyce will be sadly missed by Robert Foley and her extended family and friends. Joyce loved to play guitar and sing at church and had a strong love for animals. She was an overall happy and uplifting person. Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 3 - 4 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Funeral Service followed in the Chapel at 4 p.m.
