Mary BILLION Obituary
March 11, 1939 - February 13, 2023
Mary Ann Billion (nee Zedic) was born in Oshawa to William and Ann Zedic. Married to Albert Billion (predeceased) in June 1957. MaryAnn was the beloved mother of Kim, Anna (predeceased), and Alex, and the loved sister of Alex Zedic (predeceased), Jean Kunkel (predeceased), and survived by Carole Osier. She was a devoted Baba to Dayna, Daryl, and Jade, and a loving Nannie to Cassandra, Daniel, and Rachael.
Mary Ann worked for 25 years in sales for Sears in the major appliance division. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and spending time with them swimming and playing on the beach at Skyline Trailer Park. MaryAnn loved watching the Olympics, particularly figure skating, and was a huge fan of hockey. She loved traveling, especially to Florida and taking her grandchildren to Disney World and Canada's Wonderland.
Mary Ann will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was a kind, generous soul with a beautiful smile and a big heart.
A celebration of life will be held to honor Mary Ann on Friday, April 21st, at 3:00 p.m., at Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King St. E., Oshawa.
Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated instead of flowers.
