August 7, 1931 - May 26, 2023
The family of Murray Stacey of Oshawa is saddened to announce the passing of their father at Oakridge Hospice in Port Perry. Murray was predeceased by his loving wife Wilda of 66 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Paul Stacey (Margaret), grandchildren Michael (Savanna), Will (Alicia), and Daniel, great-grandchildren Rowan and Talia; Scott Stacey (Mairi), grandchildren Meghan (Arran) and Kyle. Murray spent 38 years at General Motors until his retirement. After that it was time spent at his cottage on Balsam Lake or the sunny beaches of Largo, Florida. A celebration of life will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234), on Saturday, June 10th from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a Charity of Your Choice.
