Sara Louise Houghton

Peacefully passed away, with family by her side, on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at home, at the age of 44. Beloved wife of Ken. Loving mother of Logan. Cherished daughter of Kelvin and Anita Newman of Port Hope. Dear sister of Eryn (Todd) Smelt of Port Hope. Sara will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends. Sara dedicated her life to her family and was very proud of her son. She was known for her boisterous laugh that would light up any room she was in. As per her wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Sara's memory to an animal shelter of your choice.
