Passed away at Hospice Wellington in Guelph surrounded by family on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents Willebrordus "Bill" and Agnes van Leeuwen. Dear brother of the late Susan Nyenhuis (late Gerald), Sister Maria van Leeuwen, Leo van Leeuwen (late Catherine and late Shirley), Bill van Leeuwen (Ana and the late Sharon), Tony van Leeuwen (Helen), William van Leeuwen and Alida Brunk (Melvin). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Adrian's family will receive relatives and friends from 10 - 10:45 a.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021 at St Joseph's Catholic Church, 96 Huron St., Stratford. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment Avondale Cemetery - Stratford. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home. Please note that if you plan to attend the visitation or the mass, masks are mandatory and you must RSVP your attendance through the funeral home website or by calling (519) 749-8467.
