Joan SORBARA Obituary
Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, in her 90th year.
Beloved wife of 66 years to John Sorbara. Loved mother of Tony Sorbara, Tina Kiryluk (John), the late Marc Sorbara, David Sorbara (Lynn), John Sorbara Jr. and Sandy Farrell (John). Cherished grandmother of Jason, Nicole, Amanda, Christopher and Brittney, and great-grandmother of Hank. Dear sister of Ron Cordes (Lori) and John Cordes.
Predeceased by siblings Bruce Cordes (Wylda) and Norma Taylor (Howard). She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A private family service was held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. Interment of cremated remains at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. A celebration of Joan's life will take place in the new year.
