Even though we weren´t as close as I would´ve liked and our time was short, I still spent 15 wonderful years with you. I´ll never forget our time together and the memories. All the family Christmases, your birthdays, even picking you up for appointments and going for brunch with grandma where you refused to let her pay even though it was her turn. Grandpa I´ll forever cherish the time we spent together. I´ll always remember my great grandpa. The man who I believed as a child won World War 2 single-handedly, a very strong man who´s been through so much loss and still managed to have such a sweet soul. Even though you´ve been gone for a few months now, your memory will live with us forever. I´ll never forget you, and I know that you´re happy up there with great grandma, aunt barb, and everybody else. Love you grandpa, more than you´ll ever know.
