I am so sorry to say I had not realized that she had passed until recently.
Thanks to Covid I guess. I met Rosemarie through the Guelph Guild of Handweavers and Spinners and loved her sense of humour and amazing talent for the art of weaving. She was a huge part of the Guild’s annual Fall Fibres show and sale. I will miss her and her funky hair colours.

Dear friend, I miss our weekly dinners and chats of the past 20 years; our show and tells and oohs and ahhs for each other's "projects" we were working on. The four of us fondly referred to ourselves as the Soup Night Ladies, we discussed everything under the sun and solved many of the world's problems during those wonderful evenings. I miss the incredibly delicious soups you skillfully pulled together. I miss your laughter and your wisdom. I miss you.

I didn't know Rosemary very well but she was very important to my mother, Celia, and their friends. Soup night was always a highlight and I'm saddened that she will be absent and happy the ladies are carrying on. From what I know of Rosemary, she'd have liked that very much. Condolences to her family.
