Barbara Jean HOWARD

In a moment, everything changed for all that you knew. On June 10, 2022, we lost a wife, daughter, mom, mamma, aunt and friend. Peacefully and surrounded by love, Barbara Jean Howard (Donaldson, Beatty) left this world at the age of 72 to be welcomed into heaven by her father Randall Beatty and her son Oliver Joel Donaldson. Leaving behind her husband Lorne Howard, mother Norma Jean Beatty (Helwig), brothers Dave (Dawn) Beatty, Randy (Annette) Beatty, sister Karen (Jim) Punnett, daughters Bree and Quinn Donaldson, sons-in-law Ken Hickerson and Kristof Chirvaiu, special grandchildren Avery, Calumn, Kyan and Shae Hickerson, as well as often thought of grandson, Damien Donaldson. Her loss is felt by her step-children and their families, as well as her nieces and nephews.
A retired teacher of over thirty years she taught many lessons. None more important than those of unconditional love and happiness in each moment. She will be there as we continue our journeys under the surface and in each hug we share.
A Celebration of Life will take place on June 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre, 100 King Street East, Dundas, ON L9H 1C4 (additional parking at the Air Force Club).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington.
