Douglas MUSSON Obituary

MUSSON, Douglas As a result of an accident while tending to his famous Christmas light display on Spruce Avenue, on Monday, December 18, 2017, Douglas Musson in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Joanne (nee Proctor) and loving father of Gary and Sherry of Brantford, Scott of Burlington, Debra Tascone of Burlington and predeceased by Cameron (1998). Dear grandpa of five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his brother Ken (Liz) of Barrie and sisters Rosalind (Earl Winsor) of Nova Scotia and Shirley (Pete Cress) of Saskatchewan as well as many nieces and nephews. Doug was a handyman and was always willing to help others. He was a co-owner of Quinte Plastics in Trenton with his brother Ken. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he loved to teach. The family will receive friends at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2366 Headon Road, Burlington on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services in the chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Halton Hills Memorial Gardens. www.futher-franklinfuneralhome.com
