LEWIS, Edward Llewellyn ""Ted"" With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Edward Llewellyn 'Ted' Lewis at his home in Oakville Ontario on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at the tender age of 76. After a long illness, Ted loved life to the very end. Never one to shy away from a hard days work, his death paralleled his life, surrounded by his favourite things...music, love, laughter and, most importantly, his family and friends. Ted is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years Brenda, who was his faithful companion and loving caretaker for many years. He was the doting father of Jeff (Kirsten) and Cheryl Fuller (Adam), adored by his grandchildren Stella, Mitch, Isaac, Juliet and Emmett, devoted twin brother of Judy Carter (Barry), cherished brother-in-law to Sheila MacDonald (Doug) and Nita, best buddy for over 70 years with Pete Chwaluk and loved by so many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives all across Canada and the USA. He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Irene and brother Charles 'Buck'. Ted was a lifelong resident of Oakville and always kept the city near and dear to his heart. His laughter was contagious and constant, his love for his family was fierce and unrelenting and his jokes, well....they were hit and miss, but he would never stop trying to make you laugh. He loved life and all things Canadian, he was the life of a party and he will be dearly missed. Visitation will take place at
