Howard Stephen BARTON

Surrounded by the love of his family, Howard S. Barton passed away peacefully on Friday, February 25, 2022 after a long courageous battle with Glioblastoma. Born in Troy, NY he was the son of the late Howard F. Barton and Corinne Bombard and the late Clarence Bombard. For the past 52 years, he was the beloved husband of Maria (Lavecchia) Barton. Devoted Father to Melanie Girolami (Chris) of Brunswick, NY, Jason Barton (Danielle) of Waterdown, and Cora Barton of Oakville. He is the proud grandfather of Joseph and Mia Girolami, Chase, Jaxon, and Lincoln Barton. The brother of Melody O'Brien (Harold) Watervilet, NY, and Catherine Nealon (Scott) Johnsonville, NY. He was a doting Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Service has taken place at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment St. Jude's Cemetery.
