Leslie Elmer "Les" CHOMOS

CHOMOS, Leslie Elmer ""Les"" Peacefully with his family by his side at Joseph Brant Hospital on Monday, September 16, 2019 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Pegi Chomos (nee Fleming). Loving father and best friend of Scott Chomos (Lisa Franco) and Lisa Chomos (Jamie Eldridge). Cherished grandfather of Owen Eldridge. Son of the late, Charles and Mary Chomos. Survived by his brother Charlie Chomos (Marie) and sister-in-law Joyce Chomos. Predeceased by brother Andy Chomos. He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Les will be fondly remembered for his love of Elvis, classic cars, his 1961 Pontiac Ventura and traveling with his wife Pegi. He was the owner of Lawn Maid Underground Sprinklers. Special thanks to the staff and nurses at the Carpenter Hospice, Joseph Brant Hospital and Dr. Andre C. Schuh at Princess Margaret Hospital. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Les' Life will be held at The Burlington Art Gallery (1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington) on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Carpenter Hospice would be greatly appreciated. www.smithsfh.com
