Lorraine Wittmann Obituary

It is with great sadness and much appreciation that we celebrate the life of Lorraine Claire Wittmann (nee Waller) who passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, surrounded by family, on August 28, 2022 at the age of 100.

Predeceased by her beloved husband John and her loving sister Frances (Peg) Crosby, Lorraine will be greatly missed by her children Frances (Pat), John (Kathie), Beverley (Raymond), Van (Jill), and David (Lorraine) as well as by her nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

An accomplished artist, Lorraine received her seal from the Sumi-e Society and created many wonderful Japanese brush paintings.

Sensitive, compassionate and loving; creative and witty, Lorraine's devotion to her husband, her sister and her children will always be remembered and will give her family strength now and forever.

In keeping with Lorraine's wishes a private family service will take place at a later date

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Canadian Food for Children would be greatly appreciated.
