Born October 28, 1960, passed away early Monday, September 19th, at the age of 61. He spent his final moments peacefully, surrounded by his family. A service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 1st, at McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home in Milton (114 Main St E). Visitation hours will be from 12-3pm, followed immediately by the service and reception. Mark was the beloved and proud father of Luke (Taylor) and Jake (Clarisse). He is survived by his friend and wife of many years, Stephanie, as well as his eldest brother Stephen. He was a loving uncle to Scott, Erik, and Christian. He was first and foremost a kind, patient, and loving man, but also a man of character, who took pride in his professional relationships and accomplishments. Mark will be missed by all who got to enjoy his presence. His life is best measured by his insistence that he was 'pitching the perfect game'. And in many senses, he did just that. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Oliver "Kim" Kimmerer and Helen Kimmerer, as well as his brother, Larry. Our family takes comfort in knowing that they are together again. Mark, dad...we will meet you at the cottage, by your landing. Say hi to Bucky for us each evening.
