Patti was the beloved wife of Mark Foley (Oakville), and loving mother of Shannon Datars (Aaron Datars) of Exeter ON, Kaitlin (Joe Massey) of Hamilton, Ryan (Jane Eyles) of Oakville and Siobhan of Oakville. Adored Grandma of Hayden and Parker Datars and Mark Massey. Patti was born on August 10, 1960 in Windsor ON, the youngest child of Bernard and Olive Comiskey (both deceased). Adored Aunt to many nieces and nephews, who she never failed to entertain. Patti will always be remembered, admired and cherished for her consistently positive attitude, infectious sense of humour and strength. In particular, we want to thank Dr. Karl O'Sullivan (Oakville) and Dr. Sheldon Fine (Credit Valley Hospital), who both supported Patti and our family with care and compassion at every turn. These two gentlemen epitomize all of the positive values we hope a doctor will possess. We also wish to recognize and thank Dr. Jonathan Tsao (Credit Valley Hospital), Dr. Kathy Gray (Oakville), Dr. Lynne Benjamin (Oakville) for their care of Patti. The nurses and Personal Support Workers and support staff at Acclaim Health (Megan, Sandra, Samantha, Glen Ann, Angela, Jackie, Shareen, Linda and others) were true heroes - unfailingly considerate and professional every day. A special thanks to Dr. Jeffries, Dr. Kazem, Yolanda, Laura, Venezia and Ivana from the Palliative Unit at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital for providing Patti and our family with wonderful comfort and support in her last days. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Wellspring Birmingham Gilgan House in Oakville. Online condolences can be made through www.glenoaks.ca.
