Peter ROSEWELL Obituary

Our hearts are broken to announce that PETER ROSEWELL, 70, passed away suddenly in his home in Milton, Ontario on August 24, 2022. Survived by his loving wife, Carolyn 'Carrie' (nee Walker) and adoring son, Jay (Tiffany). Peter was the eldest of four children, born May 18, 1952 in Bromley, Kent, England. Peter served as a Sergeant in the Royal Artillery and then proudly delivered milk before emigrating to Canada in 1989. In Canada, Peter became an entrepreneur of a successful fire services company and was a proud member of the Milton Fire Department until his retirement. Peter will be remembered for his sense of humor and prankster ways, always eager to help a friend in need. He loved fishing, boating, golfing, his motorcycle and travelling to Mexico with his best friend and life partner, Carrie. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Paul (Christine), Bernice (Colin) and Chris (Sue) and his brother-in-law Bill (Adrienne), his many nieces and nephews, and his cherished granddaughters Rachel and Katelyn.
Visitation was held Thursday, September 1, 2022 at McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home, 114 Main Street East, Milton, ON. (905) 878-4452. A private service and interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Peter's honour to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
