RUTGERS, Ted January 1, 1931 - March 27, 2018 It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ted Rutgers. He was a very dedicated husband and father. Ted was predeceased by the love of his life for 60 years, Jutta Rutgers (nee Anders). He leaves behind his two children Birgit Armatage and Scott Rutgers, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Ted was very friendly and kind hearted to all who met him. A true gentleman. he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
