Donald "Donnie" POTVIN

With broken hearts, the Potvin family announces that Donnie passed away suddenly at the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital on Monday morning, March 21, 2022; Donald Emile Potvin of Glen Tay was 68. Beloved husband of Isabel (nee Ortiz). Dearly loved father of David Potvin (Nathalie), Johanna Faith and Jason Potvin and respected step-father of Maria Brizuela, Katy Ponce (Marco) and Lucy Menjivar. Cherished and lovingly remembered by his 13 grandchildren. Dear brother of Rick Potvin (late Norma) and Nancy Flood (Roy). Predeceased by his parents, Emile and Doreen Potvin as well as a brother, Tom Potvin (Shirley). Also survived by nieces and nephews. Don's final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation was held on Saturday morning, March 26th from 9 to 10:45 a.m. A Service to honour Don followed in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o'clock. Spring interment Most Precious Blood Cemetery, Calabogie. For those unable to attend, Don's service will be webcast live.
