Peacefully at the Perth Hospital on Friday April 29, 2022. Earl McFadden, formerly of Elgin, in his 96th year. Beloved husband of Linda (Foster) McFadden and the late Audrey (Williamson) McFadden and Audrey (Leeman) Scrutton. Dear father of Ruth (Dudley) Shannon, Larie (Russell) Grills, Ross (Sheryl) McFadden, Colleen Pedersen, David (Shelly) McFadden, Heather (Brad) Fraser and stepfather of Arlene (Pat) Nagle, Allan Foster, and Angela (Roger) Millar. Dear brother of Margaret Keogh. Predeceased by brothers, Rae, Ken, and John McFadden. Fondly remembered by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by granddaughter; Dianne Mainse. The family will receive friends at Elgin United Church, 77 Main Street, Elgin on Saturday May 28, 2022, from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Inurnment, Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to Elgin United Church, or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
