Edgar Joseph Fougere

Edgar passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, surrounded by the love of family at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, age 92. Beloved husband for 61 years to Yvonne, who passed away in 2013. Dearly loved father of Ed (Debbie), Renfrew, David, Ottawa, Allan who passed in 2021 (Debbie), Calabogie, and Maurice (Sandra), Renfrew. Cherished and proud Grandpa of Jennifer, Ryan, Derek, Catherine, Kimberly, Leah, Edward and Courtney and numerous great-grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews here and in Quebec and his family from Shediac, New Brunswick, which was his home until he ventured out on his own to Ontario at the age of 16. A special thank-you to the staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Cobden for their care and compassion through Edgar's journey. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Goulet Funeral Home, Renfrew.
