It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Jamie at his home in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Jamie was the beloved chosen son of Roy and Gladys. Dearest brother to Kelly, Robbie, Pam and Krikit. Also left to mourn his loss is Sherry, (dear friend and mother of his son), his step-son Tyler, his step-daughter Stephanie, his loving Nan Faye Easton, and his daughter Jessica. Jamie will be greatly missed by his Craig and Moulton families. Jamie was pre-deceased by his only son Zachary on January 10, 2021. The untold pain he endured in the past year advanced his heart condition and led to his passing from a heart attack.

Friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. at the Lannin Funeral Home. A private family service will be held in the Chapel with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the WAK Youth Program through www.lanark.bigbrothersbigsisters.ca , or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lannin Funeral Home.

Proof of double vaccination will be required to attend the visitation and funeral service. Provincial Covid-19 restrictions require the wearing of masks inside the funeral home and graveside with social distancing required by all those not from the same household. The number of attendees may be limited due to capacity restrictions during visitations, services, and burials.
