Our sincere condolences. Mel was my neighbour at Jeffery Lake since 1985. He was a wonderful man. Always there to help with his mechanical skills or sharing fresh vegetables from his garden. We have many fond memories of Mel and with all the Scobie family over the years. Mel loved to have his family with him at the lake and he loved his camp fires. We will miss him. We'll keep the camp fires on for Mel.
