September 22, 1946 - March 27, 2023
Dyne left us on Monday, March 27, 2023. Dyne's family is deeply saddened. Predeceased by Valerie Bell, first wife, Frances Brownlee, his mother, and his father Ted Carnochan. He is survived by his wife Beverly Carnochan, his son Ashby (Rebecca), grandson Jack, and his sister Barbara Owen (Geoff) of Windsor, Ontario. He loved sports, almost any sport. The Toronto Blue Jays were his favorite team. He preferred American Football over Canadian. And soccer, another favorite. Dyne may have been small in stature, but he had the biggest heart and we loved him dearly.
There will be a Celebration of Life on May 13, 2023 from 1 to 4pm.
Dyne worked for Parks Canada in his profession overseeing the construction and maintenance of the locks. In his free time, he loved the open road on his motorcycle. Here is to you Dyne, ride far and wide! Thank you to the staff at the Smiths Falls Hospital, the nurses who kept Dyne comfortable and cared for, and to Dr. Hendry for his help and honesty. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
