Died peacefully in hospital surrounded by family, on April 23, 2022, at the age of 57.
Loving wife of Irvin Emmanuel for 31 years. Devoted mother of Tyler, Haley, and Shelby Emmanuel. Predeceased by her loving parents, Roy and Jessie Vear, as well as her older brother Arnold Vear, sister in law Agnes Vear and nephew Bruce Vear. Susanne will be deeply missed by her nieces Phoenix Rowe, Debbie Marr (Keith Marr), Karen (Paul Petahtegoose) and Sandra Bulloch (Greg Edh), nephews Jesiah Emmanuel and Quinton Rowe, and mother in law, Theresa (Chris Emmanuel), sister in law, Christina Rowe and extended family and dearest friends. Sue loved her family and friends dearly. Nothing brought her more happiness than sitting at the table to share a meal and laughs with family and friends. She loved the girl's weekend get-togethers and trips abroad. She looked forward to phone calls with her children and friends where time seemingly seemed to stand still. She enjoyed jet skiing, kayaking, hiking, long walks and most of all she loved swimming. Being in the water was her place of peace and tranquility. A Celebration of Life Service for Susanne will be celebrated on, Saturday, May 14, 2022, beginning at 2 pm at Kelly Funeral Home, Barrhaven Chapel (3000 Woodroffe Ave, 613-823-4747).
