He was a devote Christian and leader within every community he lived in. He is survived by his wife Suzan Colp, his five children; Stefan, Charmaine, Juan, Samuel and Jeannine, his six grandchildren, great grandson, brother Rupert Colp and sister Ann Hull.

I'm deeply saddened by the passing of my Uncle Ted. Even though we didn't see each other much, I have a lot of fond memories of him and Suzanne as a child. I love you and I'll miss you forever. Say hi to my Dad when you see him in Heaven.

Dear Suzan,
My heart and prayers go out to you and your family at this very sad time. What I offer you is to hold onto your wonderful memories to keep him close in your hearts, because you all were always close to his.
The memories that I hold of Clarence are his very positive, upbeat voice and attitude, even in diversity. Also partially because of my first and lasting impression I always think "Clarence and Suzane" the dynamic duo, because in everything he did or said always included Suzane. It is wonderful to have been loved so deeply and I am sure that it will be this great love that will see you through.
Loving thoughts, prayers and condolences..

Clarence and I met through Facebook. I´m from his hometown in Nova Scotia and I share lots of old photos that he loved. I was amazed how he remembered so much after being away for so many years. We never got to meet in person but I could tell he was a kind and caring man. Me and so many of my Facebook friends enjoyed his comments and memories of growing up in Liverpool. I will miss our chats. My sincere condolences to all of his family.

Teddy's family and mine were very close and we lived many years together in the little house on Old Port Mouton Rd in Liverpool growing up.
We were separated for years by distance but managed to get together with him,Suzanne, and Samuel while passing through Prince George a few years ago. It was great to catch up. Teddy's smile and sense of humor had not changed. His love and pride for his family was foremost.
He will be missed.

You were the best brother-in-law and could always make me laugh at the most usual jokes. You were a great person to everyone you meet. A good husband to my big sister and a good Father to your children. You will never be forgotten. R. I.P. Always and forever in our hearts

We met Clarence and his family in Prince George when we were evacuated from wildfires and right away, we found them warm and loving. They prepared a special birthday for my wife and Samuel played Happy Birthday on his sax. He had a great sense of humor and he will be missed.
