Dawn Wick Obituary

1931 ~ 2003

Dawn Illene Wick of Little Fort, BC passed away on March 20, 2003 at 71 years of age. She is survived by her beloved husband Ray Wick; loving grandchildren Dylan, Jodi, and Dayton; sisters Vivian McGarrigle and Virginia Ellsay; daughter-in-law Brenda Konrad; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her son Dennis in 1992, mother Maude McDonald in 1996, father Donald John McDonald in 1954, and twin brother Norman McDonald in 1992.

Dawn was the daughter of an early pioneer family in the Cariboo area. She was born in Kamloops and lived most of her life in Little Fort. She enjoyed spending time at her fishing cabin at Taweel Lake, playing bingo, and especially good times with friends. Dawn will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2003 at the Little Fort Community Hall. Following the service Dawn will be laid to rest at the Little Fort Cemetery.
