Mark Douglas Obituary

1965 - 2023
With profound sadness we announce the passing of Mark Douglas of Ingersoll, Mark is predeceased by parents, Samuel, and Barbara. Survived by his loving wife Nicole, his son Mark McCormack-Douglas, sisters: Donna Gustave and family, Karen Gustave and family, Jen Douglas and family, Marcia Douglas, and family. Brothers Eon Douglas and Paul Douglas and family. Mark was raised in Mississauga and at a young age discovered his passion for music, specifically the harmonica. He would instantly make any band better and could captivate an audience with his soulful sound. His sense of humour, kindness to others and compassion towards all people made him the kind of person that best friends and great people are made of. Mark met the love of his life, and they settled down in Ingersoll where he became a Senior Service Technician for Domino Printing Solutions. Mark was a true professional with a strong moral code and great sense of pride in anything he did. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Marks life will be announced soon. Donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the McBeath-Dynes Funeral Home 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll 519-425-1600. Mark. Devastation cannot even begin to express how sad Jeff and I were when we heard you left this earth. We have so many wonderful, hilarious, crazy and sweet memories of you that we will treasure forever. We MISS you so much dear friend and wish we got to say goodbye. Jeff feels like a part of him died with you and life isn´t the same without you. Rest easy Marky Mark and we thank god our paths crossed in this world and got to have you in our lives for a short time. Hopefully you´re playing your harmonica in the sky now! Love you buddy!

My sweet sweet loving caring brother. I remember you so little playing with your many matchbox cars making car noises. You still always loved cars. You have always looked out for me and my family. You always would text or call and tell me to tell my family that you loved them and me. I will miss your calls while you were on you way home from work telling me you are driving past Cambridge now and we would talk until you got home in Ingersoll. I didn´t get to say goodbye. I love you so much. Tell Mommy and Daddy I love them. I want you back.
