Lynn Ann May
September 26,1956 - May 22, 2019

It is with great sadness that the family of Lynn Ann May announces her passing at the Peter Lougheed Centre on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the age of 62 years. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her 4 children, Shannon (Troy), Bradley (Danielle), Derrick, Corrina (Brad). 8 grandchildren Dakota, Brendan, Damian, Drayke, Treygon, Karma, Jade, Brooke. 2 sisters, 4 brothers and numerous family and friends. She was predeceased by her soulmate and loving husband Harvey on May 21, 2016. Also by her parents Frank and Betty McInnis; 2 brothers, one sister and 1 brother in law. Lynn lived in Olds and Didsbury area where she enjoyed the company of family and friends. After her children were in school she worked at the Didsbury Inn for years and then the Cheese Factory. She may have been vertically challenged but she had a giant heart and everyone was welcome. Her children and grandchildren were her world. A Celebration of Lynn's Life will be held on Saturday, June 15th at the Didsbury Elks Hall, 1914 20th Street Didsbury, AB. Message of condolence may be left for the family at www.myalternatives.ca.

Oh G-ma, there's not a single minute of the day that you and papa aren't on my mind...I know you're not here physically but you're always here guiding all of us as we continue to live this life sentence...I wish all of you up there could've been here to meet and experience your great G-daughter (giggling cause it sounds silly in my head)...She really is special, she has the Lynn attitude and name but man she has papa's always joking but always serious way of life lol, she's so beautiful G-ma honestly looks like you, mom, Jorja-lynn and I could be triplets haha I can't even handle it, really is bitter sweet, she's walking already, got some teeth and says a few words..I really wish you were here, its hard being in the trailer with it all empty it really doesn't feel right...I just keep waiting for you guys to come through the door with those amazing booming laughs and the longer it doesn't happen the more I ride the grief wave, then you guys send a sign and let me know you're here and I am not alone....I love you guys and miss you so much....Jorja-lynn does too. Make sure you're having a drink and good time with Ozzy and Hulk we all know that would be a blast in a glass. Until later I love you and miss you. Your G-daughter n Great G-daughter.
