Alistair INNES Obituary

It is with much sadness we announce the passing of Alistair (Scotty) at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Thursday January 28th, 2021 in his 83rd year. Dear brother of Laurence (Jackie) of Brantford, ON., and Jim in Scotland, U.K. Predeceased by his parents Alexander and Jessie, his brothers Eric, Athol and Ernie and sister Mary. Alistair will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews both in Canada and in Scotland. Alistair (Scotty) most recently resided at Champlain Manor in Orillia, but lived for many years in the Kilworthy area where he operated his home welding and repair business. He was very well known in the area and will be sadly missed by many friends and all who knew him. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital Dialysis Unit through the Simcoe Funeral Home (705) 327-0221.
